Frame FabricationThe steel is cut into the appropriate shapes and sizes using cutters. Then, the pieces are assembled and welded together to form the bed's frame. The frame is then sanded to remove any sharp edges and prepared for painting.

Padding and UpholsteryHigh-density foam is cut and shaped to fit the frame of the bed. The upholstery material is then cut to size, and the foam and upholstery are secured to the frame using staples or adhesive. -
